Prepare Your Package
Place the unused items back into their original packaging and include the delivery note or proof of purchase inside the parcel.
Generate Return Label
Visit our online returns portal to print your prepaid shipping label or obtain a digital QR code for easy drop-off at a local point.
Ship the Items
Securely seal your package, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
